Terms and Conditions:

The following terms and conditions govern the agreement between The Productivity Company (TPC) and the main contact of the organisation for the provision of the Grief Awareness Pilot training session:

  1. Eligibility:
  • Complimentary Pilot Sessions: Organisations with more than 250 employees are eligible for up to two complimentary pilot sessions, which equates to 25 participants per session. Organisations under 250 employees are entitled to one pilot session.
  • Sponsor or Grief Champion: The main contact of the organisation, who will also serve as the sponsor, is responsible for overseeing the training and ensuring that 25 employees, including the sponsor, register for the session once a training date has been confirmed.
  • Testimonials: The main contact, or a designated representative from the organisation commits to providing either a written or a video testimonial following the pilot session(s). Your feedback is invaluable in ensuring the continued quality and effectiveness of our training programs. These testimonials will be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Recording Restriction: Recording of the virtual training session is strictly prohibited.
  • Attendance Threshold: The training will only be conducted for your organisation if 25 individuals register and confirm their attendance.
  • Additional Sessions: Beyond the complimentary sessions, extra sessions are available for an additional fee.

  1. Registration and Cancellation Policy:
  • Registration: Complimentary Pilot sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Your training date(s) is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from TPC.
  • Cancellation: To cancel a confirmed scheduled training session, written notice must be received at least five days prior to the training date.
  • Rescheduling: Organisations can reschedule training sessions by providing five days’ notice. A new date will be provided based on availability.
  • No-Show: If an organisation fails to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice, the complimentary pilot session will be forfeited, and future sessions will be charged.

  1. Training Content and Delivery:
  • The Pilot training is for 60 minute and will be conducted virtually by an experienced Grief Specialist.
  • TPC reserves the right to make necessary changes to the training content and format.

  • Indemnification: The organisation agrees to indemnify and hold TPC harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the training.

  1. Disclaimer
  • The training is solely intended to provide information and should not be interpreted as a substitute for professional grief therapy. If you/your staff require further assistance to resolve the emotions of grief, our Grief Specialists are available to work with you beyond this training program.
