About The ECFC Programme

This training programme is based on the book of the same name by John C. Maxwell. It is designed to help individuals and organisations improve their communication skills and build better & stronger connections with others.

The programme focuses on five key principles of connection:

  1. Finding common ground: By finding shared interests and experiences, people can connect on a deeper level and build stronger relationships.
  2. Keeping communication simple: Effective communication is clear, concise, and easy to understand. By keeping messages simple, people can avoid confusion and ensure that their message is received.
  3. Capturing people’s interest: Engaging people’s interests is essential to making a connection. People are more likely to connect with those who are passionate and enthusiastic about what they are communicating.
  4. Inspiring people: Connecting with others requires more than just sharing information. People are inspired by those who communicate with conviction and purpose.
  5. Staying authentic: Building genuine connections requires authenticity. People are more likely to connect with those who are honest and true to themselves.

How Is The Programme Delivered?

The ECFC programme is delivered virtually:

  • to a team or department typically of 5 -10 people.
  • 5 X 90 minutes weekly session
  • each delegate gets a copy of the Everyone Communicates Few Connect book by John C. Maxwell
